Even the simplest scheme can go wrong. A miscalculation here, a forgotten item there, can easily affect the overall success of a carefully worked out plan which may have taken many hours of hard work. If it fails it can leave you frustrated and miserable. In most cases however you probably won't end up in jail.
Petes plan is somewhat different. Although he has plenty of ideas, he does have an immediate problem. He has absolutely no idea how you start something like this. There are a couple of others as well, namely that his plans are totally illegal and he needs the help of some likeminded people to assist him and help with the finances. Understandably he is unsure if this will ever get off the drawing board and even if it does will they have the nerve to actually sanction the plan of action.
He realises that he must gather some trusted friends and have a serious discussion and hope that they will not think that the years of loud amplified music have finally taken their toll on his brain cells.
